Relaxing and creative activities for the whole family
No need to make a reservation, come any time for enjoyable and relaxing quality time decorating fun and useful pottery.
Coming to Color Me Mine is a great opportunity to enjoy quality time with the kids and share some creativity, and make something nice for yourself while you're at it.
Studio fee of $9 per painter per day covers paint, and glazing and baking. Painted items are individually priced and the majority of the items are between $18 and $26. The items are ready for pickup, typically 5-7 days later.
New: Family Friday Special. A painting adult gets up to two free studio fees for kids, every Friday, all day.
The free studio fees apply for kids up to 13 years of age, and the special can't be combined with other discounts such as free studio fee cards etc. A "painting adult" must paint his or her own item and pay a studio fee. Coupons not accepted for the adult studio fee.
If you're not sure of your creative abilities, you can always copy or adapt one of the many sample designs so no need to worry. Just come and enjoy the result.
Color Me Mine is also an ideal spot for an evening out for a couple or a group. You can chat the evening away without having to shout across the table. We have a special Date Night the third Saturday of every month with extended hours until 9 pm.
It's always easy to get to the studio, even without taking Main Street. Robinson Street will take you straight to the parking lot behind our building, and to the large parking lot by the Seniors Centre on Water Street.
To get to Robinson Street, either enter it via Hw. 7 or, if you are coming from the north go down Bullock, take Hawkridge and you will be on Robinson.
To go north from the Hw.7 / Main Street intersection drive on Washington street between the Dairy Queen and the Tim Hortons. This street runs parallel to Main Street.
Check out our facebook page at "Color Me Mine Markham" for up to date news and information.
We have a regular Two-for-Tuesday event where two people paint for one studio fee, and Ladies Night Wednesday afternoon with half price studio fee for ladies and girls if you arrive after 4 pm.
After painting, we encourage you to visit the local coffee shop, The Cats Meow on Robinson Street just 50 m away or so for coffee, lunch, snacks or even ice cream :-)
